General TOS

᯽ I have rights to advertise a commission after it has been purchased. The image will never be resold but, the image but it can/will be used as examples for others commissioning my work.᯽ When purchasing a custom character or adopt you have full rights to said character. You can commission art, sell product, and make changes to the character after purchase.᯽ When purchasing my art you will receive it in my art style. I will not change my art style for you. It is advised you look/ask for examples of my work before commissioning me if you are unsure of the art style you will receive.᯽ Do not use my art for commercial use without my permission. If you want to use my art for commercial use we will have a separate consultation about that.᯽ Do not sell or advertise my art as your own.᯽ I use overlays in my art so colors will not be exactly one to one with the character.᯽ I do not support zoophlilia, pedophilia, homophobia, transphobia, racism, etc. If I learn that you are a supporter or of one of these groups, or any other group I do not not agree with, you will be refunded and blacklisted from my commissions.

Process TOS

᯽ Commissions can be paid in one of two ways. Either full after receiving the sketch or half after receiving the sketch and half after receiving the finale piece.᯽ If your reference sheet does not have the characters species on it please provide it.᯽ If you do not have a reference sheet providing a 3D model (I use blender) or previous work of the character. Also please tell me prior if anything in the art or model is not accurate.᯽ After receiving the final sketch no changes can be made for line art unless it is very minor changes.᯽ If I am not provided an example of what you want for a pose, i will provide two or three sketches to pick from. i will start charging extra, 5USD, for each sketch after providing three.᯽ If you are giving me artistic freedom please provide personality traits of the character. This information can help come up with a pose/scenario.᯽ When receiving the final product I will ask for either a discord or email to send the final product to.᯽ I will not remove my watermark from my art and I would prefer it is not removed without my permission.

18+/NSFW TOS

᯽ I am neither "anti" or "profiction". How people chose to consume media, relate to media, or create media, as long as it's not illegal or harmful, is up to them and is none of my business.᯽ I am profetish and prokink, and believe everyone has the right to their fetishes and kinks as long as both/all parties involved are consenting adults.᯽ I entrust that those who purchase 18+/NSFW art from me are or above the age of 18.᯽ If I learn that someone under the age of 18 commissions 18+/NSFW art from me they will be blacklisted.᯽ The price of 18+/NSFW art will very but will always start at the base price of my commissions. The lowest price raise will be 30USD.᯽ The price of an NSFW topic is prone to change but will be marked up at least 30USD depending on topic(s).᯽ I will draw most kinks/fetishes.
